number(s), as we run hundreds of items, many of which are similar.
Within North America, we accept Visa, MasterCard, personal cheque,
money order, bank draft, etc. (see below). We DO NOT accept PayPal.
Payment outside of North America is to be made by money order or bank
draft in US dollars, unless you have a substantial history with either
eBay or Gatewest.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE DRAWN ON A US OR CANADIAN BANK. WE WILL NOT

Please remember that shipping and handling including full insurance is
$5.00 US within North America per complete order, unless otherwise
noted within the auction listing (any shipping fee quoted which is less
than $5.00 US is for uninsured shipping).
If you wish to have your item shipped uninsured at your risk of loss or
damage, usually we can charge you a smaller amount (usually around
$2.00 US per item).

If your order is being shipped within Canada, 7% GST or 15% HST are
applicable on ALL purchases (7% PST within Manitoba) REGARDLESS IF YOU
PAY IN CANADIAN FUNDS OR US FUNDS. PST is not required for orders outside

We charge the postage charge as per the eBay auction in US Funds.
For example, if the postage charge is $5 on the auction, we charge
$5.00 US. If you are paying in Canadian Funds, we will convert the
shipping charge on the auction into Canadian Funds at the current rate
of exchange.
If you are paying with a Visa or MasterCard, your card will be charged
in Canadian funds at the current rate of exchange available to us.
This postage cost covers Canada Post Priority Post/XPress Post/Expedited

Our hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM Central Time, and
Saturdays from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM Central Time. We are closed all
Canadian Statutary and Civic Holidays. Central Time is GMT -6 hours.
Faxes and e-mails are received 24 hours/day, and will be responded to
as quickly as possible.
We must ship to the name and billing address as it appears on the
credit card statement only. ** THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. **
** Outside Canada: Visa purchases are charged directly in US funds.
Mastercard purchases are charged in Canadian dollars using the current
rate of Canadian exchange, and your Mastercard statement will reflect
the US dollar price converted using an exchange rate set by the card
issuing bank (usually varies within 1-3%). **

computer (we are aware of a problem with AOL as well as some others).
ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Our system will automatically display
$5.00 for postage regardless of what the auction indicates. Our system
will reduce the shipping charge to the proper amount when your order is
processed internally if a reduced shipping charge applies. If the
shipping fee indicated within the auction is less than $5.00, your order
will be shipped uninsured and at your risk against non-receipt or damage,
unless you contact us by email with your online
order confirmation number you receive after you finalize your purchase
(ex: 3059826292.56324). We will then adjust your invoice if you wish to
have your item shipped fully insured. Be sure to contact us within
30 minutes of finalizing your purchase, otherwise an adjustment is not

When visiting our online payment site, please note that if the total
provided for shipping is less than $5.00 US your item will be shipped
uninsured and at your risk against loss/non-receipt or damage. If you
wish to obtain insurance, please adjust on your copy of the remittance
prior to sending payment. See shipping information above for information
in regards to shipping insurance on your order (any shipping fee
submitted which is less than $5.00 US is for uninsured shipping).
Payment by cash may be submitted, but we assume no responsibility or
liability for non-receipt. Sending cash in the mail is at YOUR RISK.

For faster service, it is recommended that your order be paid by credit
card. These orders are processed immediately. Personal and business
cheques require 4 weeks to clear from outside Canada, and 2 - 3 weeks

If you are paying by money order, cheque, or bank draft, you may simply
remit your payment within the alotted time period. Please remember to

SECTION 4 - STORE PICKUP

If you wish to pick up your eBay purchase in our store, please
EMAIL US IN ADVANCE as it may take several days to process your request.
We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.
Please ensure you provide your address and telephone number, as well
as all eBay item numbers. When first you email us, please notify us
whether you will be paying in US funds or Canadian funds, as an invoice
must be prepared in the appropriate currency in advance. If you do not
inform us of which currency you are paying in, we assume you will be
paying in Canadian funds.
Please note, we must charge PST on all items picked up in our store.
If you are picking your item up in our store, and you wish to pay using
a credit card, the credit card must be present at the time of pick up,
and it must be picked up by the credit card holder.
PLEASE NOTE: Our web server goes down from 3:55 AM Central Time (GMT -6) through 4:10 AM Central Time (GMT -6) for system maintenance.
