Shipping Terms
eBay Orders
The shipping and handling fee of $ 5.00 US includes full insurance and postage on all orders in Canada and the United States, unless otherwise noted within the eBay auction
(any lower priced lots shipped for less are without insurance).
We will ship world-wide, but eBay customers outside of North America must contact us before bidding on items to confirm shipping charges.
Most of the time, we use air mail. On heavy and bulky lots we use Canada Post ground Parcel Post.
SHIPPING TIMES: We ship most shipments the first business day after payment is received and processed, but shipping times may vary due to heavy volume.
Parcel Post is not the fastest method of shipping, especially from Canada to the USA. A parcel may take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to reach you in the USA,
and up to two months elsewhere. Registered mail is usually better, with an average delivery time of about 2 weeks.
Estimated maximum delivery times:
Canada: 3 weeks
USA: 5 weeks
Rest of world: 8-10 weeks
INSURANCE:
We provide 100% insurance on anything shipped within Canada or the Continental USA, provided the amount of $5.00 US for insured shipping is
submitted (any lower priced lots shipped for less are without insurance).
Customers outside North America may request insurance before shipment, and we will provide a quotation.
If you believe a shipment to be lost, please wait for the appropriate delivery time to expire (see below), then e-mail a claim to us stating your address and
name, item(s) lost, eBay reference number and price paid. We will then initiate a claim. Please note: It is a felony to file a false claim for something
which you have already received. Our claims are filed with Canada Post, which will investigate all claims with the recipient.
